When we sleep fewer hours than our body desires, we suffer from fatigue, diminished quality of life and long- and short-term health effects (not to mention garden-variety crankiness). It’s common knowledge among folks who’ve simplified their lives that a more balanced life can reduce stress, relieve workplace and financial pressures, and offer you fulfillment. Turn out the lights, turn down the covers and be sure to get in enough z-z-z’s every night.
