When my Mother moved recently, I got hold of two of her aging kitchen appliances, an old wafflemaker and a crockpot. I know, I know, in the last season of SIMPLE LIVING, I was seen giving my little-used crockpot to Goodwill. But I decided to try out Mother’s and now I’m a convert. A re-convert. I’ve decided they’re pretty nice things to have and fit wonderfully well into the slow food, slow cooking concept. Now I’m searching Goodwill for a crockpot cookery cookbook.
