Elizabeth Barbour, M.Ed. is a life and business coach offering individual and group coaching, teleclasses, workshops and retreats. The majority of her clients own their own businesses or are professionals in some form of life or career transition. She has coached over a thousand people nationally and internationally.
Barbour coaches her clients on a variety of topics including business growth and development, life and work balance, implementing systems for efficiency and networking strategies. The results are that her clients streamline their business and lives and have more time, energy, money and friends.
A graduate of the College of William and Mary with a Masters Degree from the University of Delaware, Barbour lives in Asheville, NC with her husband Eric. She’s held leadership positions in community organizations including the Bele Chere Board of Directors, Toastmasters, Business Networking International and The Asheville Coaches Alliance. She also serves as a State Representative for the American Adoption Congress.
