Stan Laskowski was a senior executive for the US Environmental Protection Agency [EPA] where he worked for over 31 years. He is currently a lecturer/advisor in the University of Pennsylvania Master of Environmental Studies program. While at the University he was also the Executive Director of the Institute for Environmental Studies. At EPA’s Region 3 Office [Middle Atlantic States] Mr. Laskowski managed many of the EPA’s programs and, as Deputy Regional Administrator, was responsible for overseeing all the programs for 15 years. While in EPA Headquarters he was also involved in beginning EPA’s pollution prevention program. He was awarded the Distinguished Senior Executive Award, the highest award for career officials.
